Legal Shield – The Compensation
Legal Shield associates have three streams of income. They’re paid a personal advance, team overrides, and lifestyle residuals.
Personal Advance: A 12 month advance on commissions; much like the insurance industry.
Team Overrides: Commissions from team sales.
Lifetime Residuals are paid for associate personal sales and team sales.
As with any compensation plan, the average person is not going to be able to sell anything unless they use it for themselves.
