If you’re looking for an unbiased iZigg Review, you’re in the right place. If you’re thinking about joining iZigg and becoming a distributor, I encourage you to read this review so you can make an informed decision before getting started.
In this review you’ll find information about the company, the service, and the compensation. I’ll also let you in on something that would save the great majority of iZigg reps from failure.
iZigg – The Company
iZigg official launch date was July 4, 2010. The company was founded by Brian Underwood and Dave Liniado and operates out of Atlanta, GA. Additionally, here are more dynamic roles within iZigg’s Leadership
Eytan Elbaz – Advisor
Served as head of Google’s Head of Domain Channel since 2003
Founding member of Applied Syantics (NOW Google Adsense)
Joshua Shaw – Advisor
Founder of MISSION Skincare (Nike equivalent in skin care)
Responsible for assembling product endorsements for MISSION from some of the worlds greatest athletes such as Serena Williams, David Wright, Mia Hamm, Sergio Garcia, Steve Nash and over a dozen others.
iZigg – The Service
Izigg Mobile Media offers four main services
mCard (mobile business card 14.95 monthly)
iConnect ($99.95 monthly text channel 2 keywords 3,000 messages)
iConnect Pro ($249.95 monthly text channel 5 keywords 10,000 messages)
iConnect Unlimited ($1,500 monthly channel 5 keywords Unlimited messaging)
All operate with a keyword (example ‘kilt’) and the iZigg shortcode – 90210
This is a permission based, opt-in only, form of advertising. And with the level of branding and recognition their shortcode, 90210 has, it’s presumable that they will be the company to receive the highest conversion rates in mobile media.
iZigg – The Compensation
iZigg’s compensation is a binary and here are the ways you’ll be payed
Retail Profit 25% (based on above retail prices)
Direct Bonus 25% (based on annual Agency prices of $450 or $2,500)
Override Bonus 10-15% (paid on weakest leg for you team)
Matching Bonus 5-20% (paid 5 levels deep depending on rank)
The only note I can offer here is that a binary can be complicated due to breakage. Often people ‘buy in’ before they have a complete understanding of their earning potential because of this. This is NOT a fault of the company or it’s distributors. It’s just the nature of complicated compensation plans.
One way to ensure you’re not affected by this breakage is to produce sales personally and plan your recruiting strategy, that’s assuming you plan to build a downline, around the same thought.
Should you join iZigg?
In closing, iZigg management is experienced and the products are certainly marketable since bussiness owners want to connect more efficiently with their target audience. Additionally, the compensation plan can be quiet lucrative if you have business to business sales experience.
However, At the end of the day your success with Izigg is not guaranteed. The product is a technical one and technology is ever changing, this means you have your work cut out for you (especially in training) before you even begin.
You can only go as far in network marketing as your ‘companies culture’ — that is made up ‘hopefully’ of a duplicatable, simple system.
